Coping with Speed and Distraction in the IT Industry
Provider is a Brazilian IT company transitioning from a staff augmentation to a value-added project company. Their challenge was to change the leadership mindset and develop relationship skills to fit their new offerings, roles and market opportunities. The journey: we helped them redesign their organization structure, roles and responsibilities and executive information channels. Through inclusive strategic planning they are improving leadership skills to become more streamlined for future projects.
We helped them see where disconnects occur in technology environments, drawing off our deep program management skill set. We focused on deep listening and attention skills to help them cope with the constant distractions of the fast-paced, hi-tech world.
